Dear Customers,
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Please ensure you carefully review your order before making a purchase. Any request for changes or returns will not be accepted once the order has been shipped.
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
Wrongly Shipped Products:
No return requests will be accepted except for wrongly shipped products. If you notice that a wrong product has been sent, please contact us immediately. For wrongly shipped products, shipping costs will be covered by our company. Instructions for returning the wrongly shipped product will be provided to you.
Damaged Products:
Our products are thoroughly checked and carefully inspected before being shipped. If a product is found to be damaged during delivery, it will not be accepted for return. Products are carefully inspected before shipping, and any damage that occurs during delivery will not be our responsibility. Therefore, no returns will be accepted for damages after the product has been delivered.
Delivery Status:
If the customer is not at home or refuses to accept the delivery, returns will not be accepted.
Bank and Shipping Delays:
Return processes may take a long time due to banking procedures and shipping delays, and banks may apply deductions. As all costs and the price of the product will be fully charged to the customer, this situation will result in financial loss for the customer, and therefore, return requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Important Note: For wrongly shipped products, shipping costs will be covered by our company only when the wrong product is sent. All other return requests, under the conditions specified above, will not be accepted.
