To provide you with the best shopping experience, our delivery process is divided into two distinct parts: processing time and shipping time.
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once processed, your order is handed over to our shipping carriers.
- Shipping Time: The estimated shipping time for our destination countries is 7–17 business days, depending on customs procedures and local carrier services.
- Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated delivery time is 8–20 business days (Processing Time + Shipping Time).
Important Note on Fulfillment: To offer a wide range of products and ensure efficient delivery network routing, our products are fulfilled and dispatched directly from our international supply chains, third-party manufacturers, and global logistics centers located across overseas regions, including Asia and Europe.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before your payment is completed.
- Orders from $0.00 up to $99.99: $9.90 fixed shipping fee.
- Orders of $100.00 and above: Free Shipping.
3. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
4. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. ShopMixMax is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Unless otherwise expressly stated on the checkout page, product prices displayed on our website may not include local destination-based charges or customs duties.
- European Union and International Orders: Any local import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country's customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery, in accordance with local laws.
- Tax Collection Policy: In compliance with applicable legal regulations and international trade laws, local sales taxes (Sales Tax / VAT / GST) required for orders from the United States, United Kingdom, European Union countries, or other destination markets may be automatically calculated, displayed, and collected at checkout based on the location of the delivery.
