European Union customers: This applies in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, including the statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
United States customers: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection regulations.
All other regions: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In original, undamaged packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
Requested within the 14-day return period

Non-returnable items:

Used, washed, or altered items
Items returned without prior approval
Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods (if applicable)


4. Return Process

Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address by email.
Ship the item using a trackable shipping method and provide the tracking number.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the customer's expense.


5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is:

Defective (manufacturing fault or damaged upon arrival)
Damaged during transit
Incorrect (wrong item received)

In these cases, ShopMixMax will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us via email or WhatsApp within a reasonable timeframe with:

Order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Description of the issue

After review, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable. In cases of significant damage or confirmed defect, the item may not need to be returned.


7. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Partial refunds may apply if items are returned in a condition different from how they were received.


8. EU Consumer Rights

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Items must be unused and in original condition.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


9. U.S. Customer Rights

For customers in the United States:

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
ShopMixMax complies with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws and FTC regulations.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work to find a fair resolution.
Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days.


10. International Orders & Customs

Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If an international order is refused at customs and returned to us, a refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus original shipping fees.
