REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At ShopMixMax, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help with a straightforward, legally compliant return process.

1. 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your physical item to request a return, for any reason, with no hidden catches. This applies to all regular and sale items.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and undamaged).
  • It must have all original tags attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@shopmixmax.com to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is authorized, we will send you a confirmation email with clear instructions.
  3. Ship your package directly to our physical return address below:

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email cannot be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product), ShopMixMax will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • Change of Mind / Customer Choice: For standard returns (such as choosing the wrong size or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees back to our Finland address.

5. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personal care and beauty goods if they have been unsealed, opened, or used.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the items meet our eligibility criteria above.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional processing time to post the funds to your account.
