- European Union customers: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in line with EU consumer protection guidelines.
- United States customers: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery according to the ShopMixMax return policy.
- All other regions: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in this policy.

3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original and undamaged packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
Non-returnable items:
- Used, washed, or modified items
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

To ensure a smooth process, please contact us first to start your return and receive instructions.
We may request photos of the product and packaging to help process your request.
Our team will review your return request within 2 business days.
Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided via email. Items should only be sent to the provided address.
Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method, and tracking details should be shared with us.
Once the item is received and inspected, your return or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- The item is defective
- The item was damaged during delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
In such cases, ShopMixMax will cover return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution.
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the package shows visible damage at delivery, please report it to the courier when possible.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We may request:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
- Courier damage report (if available)
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
In some cases, the product may need to be returned for inspection before a final decision is made.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be applied.
8. EU Customer Rights
Customers within the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
9. US Customers
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the ShopMixMax return policy.
We aim to handle all cases fairly and consistently.
10. International Orders & Customs
Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If an order is returned due to customs refusal, the product cost will be refunded minus original shipping fees.
