1. Return Period

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

European Union customers: This applies in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, including the statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
United States customers: Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection regulations.
All other regions: Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery, subject to the conditions stated in this policy.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original and undamaged packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) required
  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

Non-returnable items:

  • Used, washed, or modified items
  • Items returned without prior approval (will not be accepted for processing)
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

4. Return Process

Contacting us before sending any return is mandatory. Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Customers must provide written and photographic evidence of the issue, including product and packaging images.

Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be sent via email only. Items must only be sent to the provided address.

The product must be shipped using a trackable shipping method, and the tracking number must be shared.

Once the product is received and inspected, your return or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the following cases:

  • Defective (manufacturing fault or damaged upon arrival)
  • Damaged during transportation (with official damage report when applicable)
  • Wrong item delivered

In such cases, ShopMixMax will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If the package shows visible damage at the time of delivery (such as crushing, tearing, or opening), a damage report must be requested from the courier before accepting the delivery.

For damaged deliveries, the following documents are required for evaluation:

  • Damage report issued by the courier
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (inside and outside)
  • Detailed description of the issue

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

After inspection, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

In cases of confirmed defects or errors, the return process may require the product to be sent back for inspection in order to complete the resolution process.


7. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

If the returned product is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be applied based on the condition of the item.


8. EU Consumer Rights

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Products must be unused and in original condition.
Unless the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

10. International Orders & Customs

Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If an order is returned due to customs refusal, only the product cost will be refunded, minus the original shipping fees.
