1. 14-Day Return Window
You have the right to request a return and refund within 14 calendar days from the date you received your item. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all original tags, labels, and protective seals intact.
- The item must not be altered, damaged, or showing any signs of wear.
3. Return Shipping Costs and Fees
In accordance with global e-commerce transparency regulations, the financial responsibility for return shipping is defined below:
- Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind / Incorrect Size ordered): If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, because you no longer want it, or because you ordered an incorrect size/color, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Our Responsibility (Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item received): If the product arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, ShopMixMax will bear the full cost of the return shipping. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs fully.
- No Restocking Fees: ShopMixMax does not charge any restocking fees or administrative handling fees for returned items. The customer will face a $0.00 restocking fee on approved returns.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please follow these exact steps:

- Provide your full name, order number, and the specific items you wish to return.
- Include clear photographs or a short video if the item is damaged or defective.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received by our fulfillment facility and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the eligibility criteria.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, MobilePay, or Google Pay transaction account).
- Timeframe: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to officially reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us instantly through our official channels so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
